Problem in production server

Hi Mark & TOM, thanks for responce. when i simulated
the rule it is showing the agents to approve.
I observerd the fallowing.
1.after certain date all workflows for the same plant
are ending in error(same initiator).
2.in error work flows the container the Approver is of
state: 
containing the RULEs Container parameters.

any other clue. I hope ..do i need to refresh the
buffers..they all are one month back workflows.
