Hi no-name,

There are a number of factors that are assessed when the SRM workflow
routines decide which event will be raised. You are correct in thinking
that the workflow security level is one of the factors. Some other
factors are:

* Who is changing the shop cart
* What transaction/function are they using - e.g. are they changing it
as part of approval/rejection or from check status
* Which SC approval workflow you are using - not all of the approval
workflows allow restart
* The status set in the workflow container of the SC approval workflow
you are using
* Coding in BADIs - e.g. the BADI that adjust the workflow security
level
* What release of SRM you are using

If you are expecting a "changed" event and getting
"changedandacknowledge" and don't understand why, first check the
documentation to see if how the SC approval workflow you are using
handles restart at all. If you can't work it out, put a query into SAP
via the usual channels.

Subject: Bus2121.changed and changedandacknoledged

Hello all,

can anybody tell me the functional difference of the two events above?

We are trying to create the even bus2121.changed, but we are not able
to. Sometimes we see bus2121.changedandacknoledgedm, but that doesn
restart the sc approval process (as we would expect). We also double
checked 'bbp wfl scurity' and set it to medium/low.

Could anyone please help?
