Bus2121.changed and changedandacknoledged

Hello all,

can anybody tell me the functional difference of the two events above?

We are trying to create the even bus2121.changed, but we are not able to. Sometimes we see bus2121.changedandacknoledgedm, but that doesn restart the sc approval process (as we would expect). We also double checked 'bbp wfl scurity' and set it to medium/low.

Could anyone please help?
