SRM does not use the event trace.  It evaluates the event linkage in its
own function modules - these do not write to the event trace.

Check you have all the OSS notes.  Report to OSS.

Hello all,

what could be the reason, if I change a item on a shopping cart that I
neither see anything in the event trace nor does the wait step for this
event in WS1000049 kick in?

This is very critical in order go live? Also, how is the template
supposed to react on a change. Should I add it to the event linkage of
the initial approval workflow
