Hello all, what could be the reason, if I change a item on a shopping cart that I neither see anything in the event trace nor does the wait step for this event in WS1000049 kick in? This is very critical in order go live? Also, how is the template supposed to react on a change. Should I add it to the event linkage of the initial approval workflow
