Deadlines lost in loop

Hi all,

 

I've encountered a situation with one of our workflows which baffles me.
Maybe someone has encountered this before.

 

The workflow is for approval of purchase requisitions.  The workflow is
only started once per requisition and then loops through every release
step that is created changing the agents for the next release in every
loop run.  This all works fine, but we want to include deadlines for
every release step which will allow the agent that released the previous
step to re-assign the agent for the next release once the deadline has
expired.

 

I have modelled the deadline, but it seems to only pass the deadline
information to the task on the first loop execution.  If I look at the
detail in the log of the next release task, the deadline information is
'Not defined'.  Anybody come across anything like this before?
