Admin program to take over a users Inbox 4.6c

Messages, not Work Items. 
 
We are trying to the Expiry Date issues fixed before we start rolling
our own.
We have lot of users that have a large number of messages and never
read them 
nor even log in. We want to review before we just kill them.

Hi Rick,

Are you talking about messages or workitems ? If messages, we used
RSSODLIN (actually made our own 
version with a few changes to delete documents over a specified age).
If workitems, why not assign 
a substitute (either yourself or an appropriate delegate) ?
