Approval Workflow for Bid Invitation: Work item Error

Thanks Jocelyn and Robert for your answers. I really appreciate your responses. I have reported the issue to my supervisor and we have decided to raise an OSS note to SAP. 
 
At the moment, I have two other issues and would appreciate your responses:
 
1. Bid Invitation Approval Workflow (WS79000006): This workflow refuses to be triggered automatically from the ITS but I was able to run successful test with SWUE, SWUD, SWU0 and SWEL. I have also maintained the start conditiions. I expect it to be triggered when the Bid Invitation is published, but it doesn´t. Could the other issue be affecting it?
 
2. Approval workflow for Accepted Bids (WS79000002): This workflow triggers well from the ITS but anytime the approver tries to execute the work item, the system hangs and later throws a Time out dump. The Task is TS79007914 and has a web transaction.

Check for an OSS note for TS79007918 - if you don't find anything report it in. 
There should be a web transaction linked to TS79007918 and an ITS service file to match that points the execution to the appropriate SRM web transaction. 
But it's missing in the SRM 4.0 system I'm looking at also.

Hi All,
 
I have configured an Approval Workflow for Bid Invitation using the standard template (WS7900006) in SAP SRM 4.0. The workflow is triggered with BUS 2200 (Bid Invitation) and Event : TOBEACCEPTED. When I test this workflow, it creates a workitem in the Approvers inbox.
 
When the Approver tries to execute this work item, the following error occur:
 
``Work Item 0000009263: Object FORM method HTMLPROCESS cannot be executed``
 
When I check the technical details in the log, I get additional error information:
 
``Task TS79007918 has no Internet-compatible transactions.``
 
This task is the approval task with Object FORM and method HTMLPROCESS.
