Hyperlink to a file in workitem description

Hi Mike,

I also tried '/':
   <a href="file:///C:/stuff.txt">TEST</a>
   <file:///C:/stuff.txt>Test
   ( Of course i created stuff.txt first :) )
But it is still not working.

And i cannot find any documentation or any note from SAP that contains
information about how to create a link to a file.
