outlook mail-scot

Hi,In these days I am facing problems frequently. my
workflow is able to send an outlook mail. that is
waiting. when execute it in SCOT, I am recieving the
outlook mail..how can automate the process..how I will
get the outlook mail with out excuting in SCOT?
