Copying Org. structure componants between client

Hi,

How an org structure created in one client can be copied to antoher client, on the same system.

Are there are ant std program which can do this?

Dose this coping is through transport mechanism If yes, then dose this requires a transportation route between these clients on the same systems.

I have to test WF tempate in development clinet, where as the Org structure is maintained through another client. 

Hints plz...
