Tasks disappearing from users inbox...

HR buffers are refreshed at midnight...
Any chance it could be an index problem?  I'd also look to see if HR
structural authorisations are cutting you off at the knees - e.g. if the
user doesn't have enough access to TS, WS, AC.

I have a strange inbox issue. 
 
I have a task that is sent to an org unit with 5 users. 
It gets sent correctly and users can see it in inbox for about a day 
then it just does not show in any inbox.
 
It is showing correctly as being in all 5 users inbox via SWI2_FREQ but 
user does not display in inbox.
I take over the task, hit replace, and all can see the tasks again. 
Then, I look up the user via SWI5 and don't see any tasks!
 
Any clues is much appreciated...
