5W 141 No administrator found for own Decision task from SBWP (4.6Cpatch 48 installed)

Dear  Workflowers,

the never ending story with the 5W 141 error message seems to continue (No 
administrator found for the task) .

This time for a decision task assigned to your own user originally and 
when you are trying to execute your own work item from your own inbox ! 
(no administrator definition should be necessary in this case) 

Just wanted to check before I report it to OSS  if anybody on 4.6C and 
patch > 46,  have had the same problem  (details described below) ?

Error message 5W 141  No administrator found for the task   in inbox 
(trans SBWP) - as well as via SWI1 - when executing Decision step assigned 
to the own user (Selected agent = own userID).

/NSU53 after error message confirms : All authorization checks have so far 
been successful 

Patch level: SAPKA46C48

Implemented relevant OSS notes: 
N653093   Error 5W 141 with work queue
N658738   5W 141 No Administrator found for the task

Buffers are refreshed (SWU_OBUF, /$SYNC as well) 

Problem only occurs for decision steps ? not for normal dialog tasks.

Break point in SE37 tells (system DEV client 230, sy-tcode = SBWP, i.e 
process started from SBWP inbox):
