Well that should definitely never happen - sounds like a timing issue. Suggest you report it in to SAP.

How do you know the workflow is completed? Is it technically completed or just completed from a business viewpoint? Is the workflow instance completed or cancelled? or is it still started?

Hello all
We sometimes have workflows whom are completed... but some subsequent tasks stay present in the users inbox.
Anyone an idea how to counter this? (so the closing down of the workflow isn't 100% foulproof)
