Purchase Requistions and PO's release

Hi Claude,

I have done this at another client where we do an auto release of the PR using
the BAPI BAPI_REQUISITION_RELEASE_GEN in a suitable wf method. Then it goes and
checks the rel strategy config and the process either ends if its the last step
or executes another release approval step.
