Workflow Rule - 60100010

Hi Lynne, the rule is based on responsibilities so you can assign agents based
on last name, personnel area, country and employee subgroup in transaction
OOCU_RESP if this is what you require. Not sure if you need more info than
this. I have never used this one before but thats what the rule is for.
