History of Personal Substitution changes

Hi there everyone.
 
Is there a way to keep track of changes to the assigning of personal
substitutes?   
 
For instance:  If I assign someone (sub#1) as my personal substitute for
a week and then I assign someone else (sub#2) the following week, would
I be able to see that I once had sub#1 as my sub at during the first
week?
