Triggering workflow from output types

i see that  u r still doing Workflow.  You are sooo lucky.
 
Gotta run..   XI is my latest Adventure.  We have catch up sometime.  I
still live in Atlanta (Go Falcons).

Hi all - 

I noticed that it is possible to specify workflow as the transmission
medium for an output type.  Does anyone know how to set up the
processing data in order to do this?  (i.e.:  how do you specify which
workflow you are using for output within the output type definition?)
