Triggering workflow from output types

Hi Abby, 

It sits in customizing of output determination. If you haven't done this before
I'd suggest sitting with a functional person as it can otherwise make the brain
hurt. 

You/they need to create a new output type in config, and in the master data
portion you can define the workflow. This differs by application, but if you
and the apps person get stuck, just shout here.
