Assignment of Role to Release Code

Hi Zsolt, 
Could you not use Jobs or something that doesn't change? A technique I've also
had to use before was to create a dummy responsibility rule with no container
elements and one responsibility, which lets the client maintain whatever they
want whenever they want it.
