How to setup WBS element on EBP

Anyone could do me a favor? I am new in this role, and the worst is I
have to figure out everything on my own, Could anyone tell me how to
setup the WBS element in user attribute?
And is there any way to pull out a report for the details of  active EBP
or user that been setup on EBP?
