WF transaction - question

Hi all!

We are using wf for releasing purchase documents. The workflows can be started using a transaction code too. The customer wants to see, if a workflow was triggered by a tcode or when the releasestep was created.
Does anybody know a table where I can find if a workflow was started by a transaction code or there is a standard list what can help me?
