Automatic Execution of Work Item in User's Inbox(CIC0)

Hi,
 
I’m developing a workflow for CRM, This triggers when activity get created and routed to responsible employee. Till this point every thing is OK, Here Work item to be executed automatically and the transaction to be opened in CIC0 window.
