RSWUWFML2 - External mail

Hi All,
  Is it possible to schedule RSWUWFML2? If I leave the SAP LOGON ID field in the report program as blank, will it take all the SAP user id's.
   
  Also, do I need  to do the private office settings-> automatic forward option? Please let me know.
