approving work items of other user

Hi Sharath,

Have you considered setting up substitutions ?  I get these kinds of calls all the time, but I would 
rather not have my UserID stamped as an approver, which would be totally inappropriate.  We maintain 
table HRUS_D2 to define substitutes for users who are out of office.
