The responsible agents are assigned via the org structure. The task is
assigned to an organisational unit. The users are assigned via positions
to this org unit.

In the workflow task, the assignment is done with an expression (org
unit)

Are the responsible agents hardcoded or expressions or via Rules?

If memory serves, in 4.6c I believe this workflow is program-triggered,
not event-triggered in tran WS20000081, program SAPMWS20000081H. The
leave cancellation is tran WS01000109, program SAPMWS01000109H. There
are user-exits in both to manipulate approver selection, etc.

All,

We are working on ERP2004 and I am trying to set up the Leave request
workflow via ESS.

I cannot find the triggering event for this workflow, does anyone know
how this workflow gets triggered or where i need to make any settings
etc??

thanks
