Upgrade

The responsible agents are assigned via the org structure. The task is
assigned to an organisational unit. The users are assigned via positions
to this org unit.

In the workflow task, the assignment is done with an expression (org
unit)

Are the responsible agents hardcoded or expressions or via Rules?
