Topic Handle Itens in shopping cart

Hi All,
I'm looking for a way to provide multiple approvation for a shopping cart. 
For example, I did a shopping with 4 itens and need approval from 2 
approvers (2 itens for approval). Did anyone have experienced anything like 
this?? In the standard process, the approval is about a header item by item, 
but I need a approval Item by Item( in the same Shopping I want to select 
each item any approver will do).
Any tip, drive or suggestion will be greatiful!!!
