Note that "advance with dialog" does not work if the installation uses
the UWL. I responded to this earlier, but neglected to include the
relevant note numbers: 487649 and 794439.

Subject: Automatically execute a standard task

Hi All;

I am busy creating the Purchase Order Workflow. All is working well, but
when you reject a Purchase Order, I created a standard task for the user
the enter a rejection reason. The problem I have is I want this task to
be executed automatically. So when the user click on the reject button
in ME29N and then save, the box for reject reason must pop up. But what
is currently happening the workflow goes to the users inbox and only
when he opens it via the inbox the process continues. But what I want is
for the task to be executed automatically, which where the box will pop
up on the users screen. Seeing that the person who is rejecting the
Purchase order and the one who is entering the reject reason will always
be the same person. Can somebody please help?

Thanks

Shireen
