FW: SAP SRM 4.0 Events; No entries in SWEL

Hello all,
 
We are working with SRM 4.0 and have several problems with workflow. 
Most important issue is:
 
Transaction SWEL does not show any entries for most of the events started.
Via SWELS we did set up the event trace etc.
 
Does anybody know how to fix, so we can see the events started in SWEL?
