Ignore the "partly published" tag - so long as you were able to successfully publish to your ITS that's fine. 
 
If the change isn't showing up, you may need to clear the ITS cache.  If you are using external ITS you'll need
to use the itsadmin service for this.  If you are using internal ITS you do this in transaction SITSPMON.

Hi all

I have applied a note and I needed to change a couple of Internet Services on SRM. I have Published the changes, but I have the saved/part-published activation status. Is there anything else that I need to do for this to be fully published and available because if I try to see if the change has taken affect in the UWL it does not seem to be the case.

Any Ideas?
