why wf not triggered?

thanks for your rapid response.
you mean when I create a returns using VA01, the object type is not BUS2032? why not? I cannot imagine that because they all based on table VBAK. If you are right, then what object type will be?
and how can I check event log? you know the event not triggered when I change an order.
