G'day David,

Does this happen every time with this WF or is it intermittent? The
most likely likely offender is a missing mandatory import parameter.
Possibly if it's a CREATED event the object may not exist when the
event is being raised, but I'm not sure that this will cause that
reaction.

You could possibly try performing a manual event raise via SWUE and
marking to start the receiver syncro and attempt some debugging if all
else fails.
