Hi John,
your client may be protected against configuration changes. If you just want to change the responsibility values, you can try transaction OOCU_RESP.

Hi

I am trying to maintain responsibilities for a workflow role using
transaction PFAC. I have SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles, and their doesn't
seem to be any authorisation conflicts, but I can only display the role,
not maintain, and hence cant add additional user names in the
responsibilities.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
