Trips have duplicate CHANGED events

HR it may be, but it doesn't use any event linkage. Thanks for the pointer
though, searching further afield I eventually found the culprit.

For anyone who may find this useful, it's hardcoded to raise a CHANGED
event before any other as long as the trip is not settled (statu-abrec = 0
or 1), which translates to "all the time we're using workflow"... grrrr!

    IF statu-abrec CO '01'. "WBGPLN
* makes no sense to raise 'Changed' since all "WBGPLN
* approving WFs are finished anyway; "WBGPLN
PERFORM create_event USING objkey 'Changed' "#EC NOTEXT
                           CHANGING sw_event.
    ENDIF. "WBGPLN

* IF NOT ( event IS INITIAL ). "WBGPLN
    PERFORM create_event USING objkey event
                         CHANGING sw_event.
