Alan,

Yes,I agree. That may be the last option. Thats the reason, I 
mentioned Basis and also I guess its only development system.

Actually,I used this $Sync to solve couple of issues. It 
worked. Please let me know, the negative impact of $Sync so 
that I'll be more carefull next time.
