Problem in Recruitment Workflow

Dear Friends,
 
I m working on standard Recruitment Workflow (WS00200038) in 4.7.
In that, there is a subWF for interview (WS00200036). 
In that there is a task to create interview log (TS00407896). and also there is a parallel waiting event for whether interview is taken.
I m recieving workitem to create interview log in personnel officer's inbox. But I dont know what to do in that and how to process it to create log.
And one more thing, how can we input into the system that interview of a particular applicant is taken ?
