GOS - Object Attachments

Friends,
 
I am in a fix. Here is what I want to know
 
Is it possible to trigger an event when an attachment is created using GOS  
for an object using a standard SAP transaction? (For my requirement IW22,  
Change PM Notification.)
 
Can I retrieve the list of GOS attachments with their properties (document  
type) for an object? If yes, how?
 
How can I transfer a WI attachment to an object?
