Hi Zsolt,

as far as I remember:

create a task class (SAP Business Workflow Customizing, basic settings, maintain task class)

create a substitute profile and assign task class to substitute profile (SAP Business Workflow Customizing, basic settings, substitute profile)

assign your task to the task class (PFTC / additional data / classification)

When maintaining the substitution in the workplace, the user can choose the profile (first he has to choose the substitute, then the pop up with the profile entry field appears).

(I had some trouble with the transport into the target system).

Kind regards, Eva

Betreff: Substitution

Hi all!

We are in 4.6c and we are using personal substitution. One of the users has several tasks but the substitute is not allowed to execute all off them.
Is this possible to maintain substitution just for one task? Or, if one user has more than one substitute, than can I share the tasks among them?

I heard about substitution profile, but how can I maintain that?

Thanks

Zsolt
