Converting Word doc to PDF doc within workflow

Thank you very much for the info Jocelyn. 
I found the function modules to convert OTF format to PDF or other formats. 
But I could not find the RFCs to convert workflow Word DOC(with
loio_id)  to OTF format. I will try to search more but meanwhile if
you find any please drop a line.
