UWL Work Item link in outlook email

Hi All,
 Another UWL question,
 I'm in the process of Identifying(rather Implementing) a direct link from 
Users outlook mail box to the UWL workitem(in portal).
 Is there any known way ? like a note or something like that.
 All I'm trying is finding the appropriate link to call the workItem, if I 
get to know the parameter needed, then I can create a custom Iview get the 
parameter from the link and call the UWL screen...not tried yet :)
 any suggestions?
