urgent :problem in workflow

hi all

i am working on a leave request workflow which will be done through the ess.

there is a standard workflow ws04200009 which i am using with modifications.

there is a table t554s_web where the specific leave type are attached to the particular workflow in this case the standard 04200009.

but if i want to attach my workflow in the same way how am i to do that?

how to attach the particular workflow in the table?
