Lotus Notes Mail Subject Problem/ Form.Process

Hi all,
 When we use FORM . PROCESS to send the mail to Lotus Notes , we are sending 
the stadard container variable '_WORKITEM' , so that work item text is 
assigned as Lotus Notes Mail Subject, But some times the Task Description is 
being sent as Mail Subject instead the work item text.
 When we activate and re transport and refresh the bufferes the subject 
comes properly some times,
 but after some days the problem repeats again.
 We are on 4.6C.
 Please suggest me some solution.
