Sending Appraisal template

[Biswajit]

I have to pass an appraisal template to superior's inbox so that he can
fill
up that form.

I'm using object type "appr_doc" but this has only methods to display the
template..That means

The template will be received in the inbox in display mode and superior can
only view that..

Can anybody has an solution how to send the template to superior to change
that..
