Clearing documents from inbox?

Hi all.
I'm working on a workflow which will be triggered from a report which is
running on daily basis in background mode.Thereport will get pernrsand
their names from report to workflow..ThenI have to find the respective
superiors and send them notification and the appraisal form.Afterthe form
is being fillledup one notification will go to HR admin.
I'm not able to know about the form..fromwhere and how to get that form and
how to send it to the superior..whatobject type should I be using??

Sherman, for documents, you can go into inbox and highlight the items that
you want to delete, then click delete(Trash icon). Hope it helps and also I
have attached link for useful transaction code for workflows.

Hi George –

I know that SWI5 will work for work items, but these are DOCUMENTS, and
don’t show up on SWI5.  Does anyone have any other ideas?

Go to SWI5 and get all the workitem numbers you wish to delete.

Then go to SWWL and delete by workitem item number in a range.

Hi All –

We had a long day of workflow errors, which we are still resolving.  But
the WF_ADMIN Document inbox currently has 605,211 error messages in it.
Does anyone know a way to delete all of those documents?  I can’t get in
there, because trying to results in a short dump as the system times out…
We are on release 46B…
