To Re-Start the Work Items

We found that transaction SWIA works in some cases for us. 

Execute the transaction. 
In the identification step put the work item id of the last step: 564724
Select the line and then execute without check.

Hi ,

I tried the below method of  "FlowItem"  Business object, But it is
still in the same state even after "restart after error ".

Could you please help me..!
