Task does not exists

Hi, Could anyone help that how to send an email from workflow directly to outlook email group box which has many email address attached?

SWDS requires the prefix and number in the concatenated form WS30000524.
 
PFTC requires input via two fields Task Type :  in your case "Workflow template"  and Task :  30000524 without the prefix.
 
It's not the only spot where one struggles with prefixes in the workflow environment.  After a while it becomes like second nature.

Hi, 

I have very strange problem. In SAP 4.7. version when I try to open workflow template with transaction PFTC I get a message task does not exists, but with transaction SWDS I can see the workflow and also edit it. 

I am trying to open WS30000524 (CTWF_process) . 

Can anybody help me out ?
