Workflow-overview in "services for object"

Good morning,
 
in transactions MM03, VA33, CC03 i can use the "services for object".
What do i have to do that a workflow is listed in the =
"workflow-overview"?
I thought when a running workflow that has a container element which =
refers to an object it is listed in the workflow-overview.
E.g. workflow Nr. 1 has a container element that refers to object type =
BUS1001006 (Material), so it is listed in the workflow-overview of MM03
 and workflow Nr. 2 has a container element that refers to object type =
ECM (Change Master), so it is listed in the workflow-overview of CC03.
 
Is this right or what else is important for the workflow-overview?
