Workflow substitution with A210 relationship

Hi All,
 
 
 
I don't know what i am doing wrong but i am creating ACTIVE A210
relationships from a position to another position. When i go into the other
user inbox, i don't see the Work items of the initial user. I am using
classification which is working because if I use the user substitution in
table HRUS_D2, everything works.
 
 
 
Am I missing something for the A210 relationship to work????
