Use transaction SWU10 to remove these trace files and make sure the
technical trace is switched off via SWU8 and that the trace in transaction
SCOT is switched off also.

I looking for transaction that delete or decrease the file
"WF_LOG_0000000000XX_XXX" from our disk (the disk now (85%).
In the past I deleted the file by transaction in SAP but now I didn't found
it.
